The origin and evolution of Expertubes
Expertubes was born from the acquisition of a company in 2008, at a time when it was in decline. Under the leadership of its director, Yoann Marchand, a complete restructuring was carried out, and the business quickly returned to growth.
Plumbing, the company’s original trade, was gradually phased out in favour of full specialisation in air conditioning.
This evolution has shaped Expertubes into what it is today: a structured, experienced company that deliberately remains human-sized to maintain quality control and close client relationships.
A word from Yoann Marchand, Managing Director of Expertubes
I am driven by a simple principle: providing the right solution for every situation, even when it appears complex. Finding ways to make systems work in challenging configurations is what I enjoy most about my profession.
My career has led me to work in demanding environments, both in France and internationally. I have learned to collaborate with very different cultures, communicate in English and respect strict work processes.
These experiences have given me strong professional discipline and the ability to think quickly and effectively, outside the box. Above all, I believe in the importance of human connection and the reliability of one’s word.
